Return Policy
Once I have ordered and recieved an item, how can I return it?
** Only Defective Items can be Exchanged (No Returns) **
    General Information
  • Night Dreams retail locations are not affiliated with the WebStore. Items cannot be returned or exchanged at any of the retail locations.
  • All returns must be pre-notified. Prior to returning any defective products please email internetmgr@nightdreams.com with Exchange in the subject line; please include your order ID number, name and address and a brief explanation for the reason of your return.
  • Pre-notification must occur within 15 days of receipt.
  • For all orders, please allow up to 3 weeks for processing.
  • NightDreams is not responsible for the cost of Return Shipping.
  • Please, obtain a tracking number from a shipping carrier when sending a return. We are not responsible for returns lost on the way to us.
    When returning your item(s) please include
  • Order ID
  • A note telling us what the problem is.
  • Exchanged items will be shipped out via Standard service at no additional cost.
    Exchanging videos/DVDs
  • Due to the ease of duplication DVD's are not returnable.
  • We can only accept opened videos for return if they were defective, in which case we will send you another copy of the same video.
    Exchanging Clothing Items
  • All clothing is non-refundable.
  • Clothing which is unused and original tags are still present (on the clothing) can be exchanged for a different size.
