Once I have ordered and recieved an item, how can I return it?
** Only Defective Items can be Exchanged (No Returns) **
Night Dreams retail locations are not affiliated with the WebStore. Items cannot be returned or exchanged at any of the retail locations.
All returns must be pre-notified. Prior to returning any defective products please email email@example.com with Exchange in the subject line; please include your order ID number, name and address and a brief explanation for the reason of your return.
Pre-notification must occur within 15 days of receipt.
For all orders, please allow up to 3 weeks for processing.
NightDreams is not responsible for the cost of Return Shipping.
Please, obtain a tracking number from a shipping carrier when sending a return. We are not responsible for returns lost on the way to us.
When returning your item(s) please include
A note telling us what the problem is.
Exchanged items will be shipped out via Standard service at no additional cost.
Due to the ease of duplication DVD's are not returnable.
We can only accept opened videos for return if they were defective, in which case we will send you another copy of the same video.
Exchanging Clothing Items
All clothing is non-refundable.
Clothing which is unused and original tags are still present (on the clothing) can be exchanged for a different size.
